HORUS THE GOD
Within the musty walls of a crumbling, derelict building, away from the cry and tremors of the modern world, a God waits to die. Horus, an ancient Egyptian deity, is now old, tired, and wary of the long march of retirement. He decides to entertain himself in a rather particular fashion - he makes life once again. But this time, his creations don't want to play by his rules...
This short play featuring puppets by Alexander Winfield premiered at the Micro Festival of Marionettes in Quebec. It may be performed in a silent version, or with some dialogue and so is ideal for international performance.
Horus can also be performed as a Walk-Around act at outdoor festivals.

THE LORDS OF NOWHERE
In a desert of scrap metal, in a tree burnt to glass, two demons squabble and sort amidst the remnants of mankind. There is the feline Tibs, demon of Nostalgia, and the horrific Tattoon, demon of False Hopes. Tibs mourns humanity's end, while Tattoon relishes the memory of their extinction. It has been this way for some time. Today, however, is a special day. It is Tibs' birthday and Tattoon has a special present: a live human audience.
A surreal, hilarious and thoughtful play featuring incredible puppet creations by acclaimed puppet builder Mathieu Rene, The Lords of Nowhere has already entertained audiences around the world.

THE MAN WHO LIVED IN THE ROAD
A man awakens from sinister dreams to find himself alone, hungry, and in the middle of a seemingly unending road that stretches off into a desert as far as the eye can see. With no memory of a former life, and with no means of escaping this desolate world, the Man must find a means of surviving...but what worth survival if all his has to live for is himself?
This bittersweet, contemplative play examines the terrible burden of loneliness, and how it may be escaped. The Man who Lived in the Road has toured in France, and may be performed in either French or English.

IMPROV SONG ON DEMAND PUPPET SHOW
You're walking along the street, enjoying the weather, sniffing the fine spring air - when suddenly you here a peculiar, tinny voice addressing you: "Hello Mysterious Traveller! What Shall We Sing About?!?"
You turn around and see a small booth, decorated with an antique frame and fauna. From within the booth, a group of unusual puppet characters appear: Theo, the furry 'Song Monster'; Mumbles the Clown and Morbius the Wizard (retired). All they want is to sing - on a subject of your choice. Give them a topic - any topic! - and they will improvise an entirely new ditty. They've sung about animals, minerals, vegetables, food, politicians, economic theories and more - nothing is beyond their powers! Or is it? The Improv Song on Demand Puppet Show is always up for a challenge!
This small, adorable show with unique, weird and charming characters is ideal for outdoor festivals.
